TRUE MARKET MEAN/MVRV
MVRV deviation bands.
Market price against its historical valuation range. Follow the mean and ±0.5σ / ±1σ bands, using realized price where available and a labeled exchange estimate for other Binance coins.

Defined once the historical ratio has variance
Changing the visible range keeps the same expanding statistics. The calculation uses every available aligned day, beginning with a 30-observation warmup.

Realized value.
Historical deviation.
The MVRV ratio measures market price relative to realized price. Its historical distribution defines five price bands that move with the underlying basis.

Find the market basis
Use reported realized price first. Missing on-chain observations can be derived from measured realized cap and circulating supply, or the provider's own close and MVRV ratio. Unavailable assets receive a labeled exchange estimate.
Let the ratio define the range
Each day incorporates all aligned MVRV observations up to that date. The mean and standard deviation are calculated before the display range is cropped, with a 30-observation warmup.
Project back into dollars
Multiply realized price by the mean ratio and its ±0.5σ / ±1σ levels. These are historical deviation levels; they are not forecast probabilities or uncertainty ranges for the estimated basis.
Reported and derived on-chain observations use the same UTC day. Assets without usable on-chain coverage use a clearly labeled exchange activity estimate. Method: Glassnode MVRV deviation pricing bands.
